BDNF has potent effects on neural synapses and its pathway affects cell survival other biological processes. Kaempferia galanga L. many active substances with antioxidant anti-inflammatory effects. We analyzes in four different group of Wistar rats (Ratus novergicus) into Groups A (no trauma & extract), B (with no C 600 mg/kgbw D 1200 extract). B, C, are further divided those who had their measured 24- (B24, C24, D24) 48-hours. expression were found to be statistically significant between Group both B24 (p = 0,009) D24 the 24-hour post-trauma decapitation analysis. Larger specific studies needed determine appropriate dose duration.
